Shipping Destinations

Orders placed through our English store are currently shipped to the United States.

Shipping Fee

We offer free tracked shipping for U.S. orders.

Shipping Carrier and Method

Orders are shipped from Japan via Japan Post International Air Packet with tracking.

International Air Packet is an airmail small-packet service provided by Japan Post. Tracking information will be provided after your order has shipped.

Duties and Import Fees

For U.S. orders, ARCANIA ships on a duties-paid basis. Applicable duties and import fees are included in the product price and/or shipping fee, so you will not be charged additional import fees upon delivery.

Processing Time

Orders are usually shipped within 3 business days after the order is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Japanese public holidays.

Orders placed on weekends or Japanese public holidays will be processed on the next business day or later.

Estimated Delivery Time

After shipment, delivery to the United States usually takes approximately 12–18 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery may take longer due to customs procedures, local carrier conditions, weather, transportation delays, security inspections, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Tracking information may take some time to appear after the package has been accepted by the carrier.

Packaging and Damage During Shipping

Each item is carefully packed in its dedicated product box before shipment.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the product, outer box, and packing materials. For details, please refer to our Refund Policy.

Incorrect Address, Refused Delivery, or Returned Packages

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refused delivery, or other reasons attributable to the customer, any reshipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Delays

If we are unable to ship your order within the stated processing time, we will contact you by email with an updated shipping estimate. If you do not agree to the delay, we will cancel the unshipped order and issue a refund.
