Additional Fees

Delivery Time
Delivery to the United States usually takes approximately 10–15 business days after shipment, unless otherwise stated on the product page or at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs procedures, carrier conditions, weather, transportation delays, public holidays, or other unavoidable circumstances.

Order Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be submitted before the order has been shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. However, eligible products may be returned in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
Returns and Exchanges
Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions and exclusions stated in our Return and Refund Policy.
The product may be opened and briefly tested. However, it must be returned in like-new, resalable condition with all included components, accessories, the outer display case, cable, cleaning cloth, serial-numbered certificate card, and presentation box.
For The Ember Relic, the protective film on the outer acrylic cover must remain intact for a change-of-mind return. Once the protective film has been removed, change-of-mind returns are generally not accepted. However, manufacturing scratches or defects that become apparent only after the film is removed will still be handled as defective products.
Customers must contact ARCANIA before returning a product.
We generally do not offer exchanges for change-of-mind requests. Customers who would like a different product must return the original product for a refund and place a new order.
Natural Wood Variations
The Ember Relic is made with natural black walnut. Wood grain, color, tone, knots, patterns, and texture vary from piece to piece.
These variations are inherent characteristics of natural wood and are not considered defects. Product images are representative examples, and the appearance of the product received may not exactly match the images shown on the website.
Returns or exchanges requested solely because of normal variations in the natural wood are not accepted.
This exclusion does not apply if the product has a manufacturing defect, is damaged during shipping, is different from the item ordered, or materially differs from the product description.
Return Shipping Fees
For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for arranging and paying for tracked return shipping to Japan.
If the product is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect, ARCANIA will cover the return shipping costs.
Refunds
After the returned product has been received, inspected, and approved, ARCANIA will process the refund to the original payment method within 5 business days.
The time required for the refund to appear in the customer’s account may vary depending on the bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
For change-of-mind returns, any shipping fee paid by the customer at the time of purchase is non-refundable.
For orders originally shipped free of charge, ARCANIA will not later charge the customer for the original outbound shipping cost, duties, or import fees paid by ARCANIA, nor deduct those amounts from the refund.
For change-of-mind returns, the cost of returning the product to Japan is the customer’s responsibility and is not refundable.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If a product arrives damaged, defective, or different from the item ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
When contacting us, please provide photos showing:
- The condition of the product
- The outer shipping box
- The packing materials
- The shipping label
After reviewing the issue, ARCANIA will arrange either a replacement or a full refund.
If the same product is unavailable for replacement, we may issue a full refund instead.
ARCANIA will cover the return shipping costs for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
LED and Lighting Defects
If the LED does not turn on or there is another initial defect affecting the lighting function under normal use, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
After reviewing the issue, ARCANIA will arrange either a replacement or a full refund.
The following issues are not covered:
- Damage caused by dropping, impact, water exposure, improper storage, modification, or other customer handling
- Issues caused by a power source, AC adapter, cable, or other equipment provided by the customer
- Issues caused by use that differs from the product’s intended purpose or instructions
Return and Exchange Procedure
Before returning any product, please contact us at:
Please include the following information:
- Order number
- Name used for the order
- Reason for the return or exchange request
- Photos showing the issue if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
After reviewing the request, ARCANIA will provide the return address and return instructions.
Products returned without prior contact, sent cash on delivery for a change-of-mind return, or sent to an address other than the return address provided by ARCANIA may not be accepted or refunded.
Sales Quantity Restrictions
