Refund policy

ARCANIA manages and ships each item with an individual serial number.

While we take great care to ensure the quality of our products, we have established the following return and exchange policy in the unlikely event that an issue occurs.

Returns and Exchanges Due to Customer Convenience

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience, including reasons such as a difference from the expected image or an incorrect order.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

This section constitutes the special terms regarding returns under the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions.

Initial Defects, Damage During Shipping, or Incorrect Items

If the product you receive has an initial defect, is damaged during shipping, or includes an item different from your order, please contact us by email within 7 days of receiving the product.

When contacting us, please include the following photos:

  • Photos showing the condition of the product itself
  • Photos of the outer box and packing materials

After reviewing the condition, we will arrange an exchange for the same item.

If an exchange is difficult due to inventory availability, we will issue a refund instead.

In such cases, we will cover the shipping costs.

Initial Defects Related to the LED or Lighting Function

If there is an initial defect in the lighting function under normal use, such as the LED not turning on, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product. After confirmation, we will arrange an exchange.

Please note that the following cases are not covered:

  • Issues caused by customer handling, such as dropping, impact, water exposure, modification, or similar causes
  • Issues caused by a power source or cable prepared by the customer

Refunds

Refunds will be provided only when an exchange is difficult in cases involving an initial defect, damage during shipping, or an incorrect item as described above. Refunds will cover the product price and will generally be issued using the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
